Staff and rooms are nice, and the hotel is kept fairly clean.
I would recommend this contemporary hotel and would stay here again. I had a really enjoyable experience here, everything was great, the location was ideal close enough to shops and all attractions. The room itself was cheap with lovely bed linen, big TV screen plus a great bathroom and the breakfast was efficient. I appreciated that a microwave and a refrigerator were provided.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was beautiful and clean, with perfect location close to shops and restaurants.
Prime location, beds where comfy and room was well laid out. And it also had beautiful view. The breakfast was warm, and included bacon, hot waffles, fresh fruit, eggs and toast. Early check in and great service throughout my stay.
Modern place, clean, great value. The courteous staff made a good impression. Hotel's continental breakfast was marvellous! It was such great time in Memphis.

Super location, just right hotel and fabulous staff. Loved the in-house restaurant. Marvellous view of harbor. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, but it was excellent.
Nice stay in the shopping area. It was neat, the staff was brilliant, plus the service was courteous. The bagged breakfast included plenty of meals. This was a legendary hotel with a remote location. Also, a new automobile museum was 1 km away, perfectly reachable.
Cool suite, the service was TERRIFIC. Magnificent location just a short walk away from graceland mansion.
Picture perfect and reasonably clean place, the rooms are neat. Convenient location to a wedding chapel.
It was great and very clean hotel. We liked to chill in the nearby Ep's Bar and Grill.
